Client to establish project vision, objectives and scope. Preliminary budget goals and visual imagery showcasing project “mood” to be discussed.
Refined development of drawings, material selections, furnishings and beginning stages of contractor bidding and item estimation.
Design documents illustrating general scope, scale and relationship of project goals. Designs are conceptual in character and based on the requirements developed under the previous phase.
Finalize design documents indicating product type, quantity and pricing. Finalize material selection, construction bids and begin order placement.
Coordinate and execute installation of soft goods, of interior finishes and lighting. To work alongside vendors to create and finish punch list.
